Harmony currently Missouri's Department of Social Services drug formulary.
To view the formulary list please go to www.dss.mo.gov/mhd/index.htm
Prescriptions must be filled at a participating pharmacy. You can use Find a Pharmacy to get a list of pharmacies. You can also call Customer Service at 1-866- 822-1340 (TTY/TDD 1-877-650-0952) to obtain a list of pharmacies you can use.
